How it works
Forecast analysis
The software analyses forecasts by brand and signature, flags probable obsolescence and tests whether a forecast can be delivered. It is also the platform for production planning.
Production plan
At the macro level, an ideal plan built on the forecast is tested against constraints to give a deliverable forecast. At the micro level, priorities, capacity, efficiency and other limits are weighed until the plan reaches the best realistic option.
Procurement planning
Forecasts feed a bill of materials explosion to give a consumption plan. The plan is adjusted for current inventory and pipeline stock, then converted into a procurement plan.
